1. Administrator – All raffles are conducted by Giving Hope Bingo, Sioux Falls, SD.

2. Eligibility – Open to individuals 18 years and older.

3. Entry Pricing – Standard pricing: 10 entries for $10, 25 entries for $20, 75 entries for $50, and 200 entries for $100. We may introduce other products and pricing, which will be posted here.

4. Raffle Formats – Our raffles include 50/50 drawings, progressive raffles (such as Chase the Ace), and early-bird prize drawings.

5. Prize Distribution – For 50/50 raffles, 50% of net entry sales are awarded as prizes. For progressive raffles, details are announced before each game. Early-bird prizes may include cash or gift cards, typically equal to 10–15% of ticket sales.

6. Winner Notification – Winners are announced live immediately following the drawing and notified by email.

7. Unclaimed Prizes – Cash prizes not claimed within 180 days will be added to the following week’s prize pool. Gift cards remain valid for 5 years.

8. Odds of Winning – Odds depend on the number of entries sold. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

9. Taxes – Winners are responsible for any taxes due on prizes.

10. Changes & Cancellation – Giving Hope Bingo reserves the right to modify raffle details or cancel raffles if necessary.

The following Official Rules apply to all raffles conducted by Giving Hope Bingo. By purchasing entries, you agree to these Rules.

1. Administrator

Raffles are administered by Giving Hope Bingo, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Giving Hope Bingo may be restricted from participating.

3. Entry Purchase

Standard entry pricing is as follows:

• 10 entries for $10

• 25 entries for $20

• 75 entries for $50

• 200 entries for $100

If alternate products or entry packages are introduced, updates will be posted to these Official Rules.

4. Raffle Formats

Raffles may include, but are not limited to:

• Traditional 50/50 raffles.

• Progressive raffles, including Chase the Ace.

• Early-bird drawings and promotional prize giveaways.

5. Prize Distribution

• For 50/50 raffles, 50% of net entry proceeds are awarded as the prize.

• Progressive raffles will specify prize distribution at the time of the raffle.

• Early-bird prizes (including cash or gift cards) are typically equal to 10–15% of entry sales.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected at random during a live drawing and announced immediately. Winners will also be notified via email.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

Cash prizes unclaimed after one hundred eighty (180) days will be rolled over into the subsequent prize pool. Gift cards remain valid for a period of five (5) years from issuance.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries sold. Each entry has an equal chance of selection.

9. Taxes

All winners are solely responsible for applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

10. Cancellation and Modification

Giving Hope Bingo reserves the right to modify raffle terms or cancel raffles in its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, technical issues, fraud, or regulatory compliance.
