Welcome to Giving Hope Bingo. By using our websites, purchasing raffle entries, or participating in any of our raffles, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Use of Site – You agree to use our websites and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and South Dakota law.

3. Raffle Participation – When you purchase entries, you are entering into a raffle administered by Giving Hope Bingo, governed by the laws of South Dakota and the City of Sioux Falls.

4. Geographic Access – While South Dakota law governs our raffles, access may be limited in some jurisdictions through geofencing. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before participating.

5. Payments & Refunds – All entry sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation by Giving Hope Bingo.

6. Intellectual Property – All website content, branding, and raffle materials belong to Giving Hope Bingo.

7. Dispute Resolution – Any disputes will first be handled by binding arbitration. If necessary, they will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in South Dakota.

8. Changes – We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Giving Hope Bingo and all associated services, including participation in charitable raffles administered by Giving Hope Bingo (collectively, the “Services”). All raffles are administered under the authority of Giving Hope Bingo, located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota and the ordinances of the City of Sioux Falls.

4. Entry Purchases and Refunds

All entry sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted except where a raffle is canceled by Giving Hope Bingo.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, graphics, and materials on our websites are owned or licensed by Giving Hope Bingo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. If arbitration is not successful, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in South Dakota.

7. Modifications

Giving Hope Bingo reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
